Founder & Principal Advisor, MKNP Advisory

Meenu Khindri-Patel, JD (LLB) is the Founder of MKNP Advisory, a strategic legal and advisory platform supporting life sciences, technology companies, and private capital through complex transactions, regulatory environments, and periods of growth.

Meenu brings over 20 years of experience across both private practice and senior in-house legal leadership. She has held executive roles within global life sciences organizations, including serving as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, where she advised on high-value commercial partnerships, regulated manufacturing operations, intellectual property strategy, and corporate governance.

Her career spans leading Canadian law firms and multinational organizations, providing her with a deep understanding of both transactional execution and the realities of operating within fast-scaling, highly regulated businesses.

In addition to her institutional experience, Meenu comes from a family of entrepreneurs and founders, giving her a practical appreciation for the unique challenges faced by closely held and family-owned enterprises — from balancing growth and risk to navigating long-term value creation across generations.

Through MKNP Advisory, she works closely with CEOs, Boards, and investors to deliver embedded, GC-level legal leadership, aligning legal strategy with business objectives and enabling organizations to scale with confidence.
